32weeks pregnancy check-up

Kejap je. Pejam celik pejam celik dah nak complete 32 weeks minggu ni. Selasa, 20 ogos check-up. Last punye monthly check-up, lepas ni every two weeks kena datang. Maknanya lebih kurang 4 kali je lagi jumpa gynea, lepas tu sila tunggu saat yg dinanti tiba huhuhu. 

Masa kat rumah, i timbang my weight is around 54.3-54.6kg. Tapi timbang kat spital jadik 55.6kg (T___T) camne tu. Timbang mana lagi tepat?? Sekilo lagi berat bila kat spital. Takpelah still tak terlajak sangat kot dan boleh kawal sampai due date nanti kot. Kotlahhhhh.....kalau lebih 60 pecah le rekod sendiri  huahuahua. 

Tengok muka sendiri pun dah nampak tambun sikit, jadilahhhh. Merasalah jugak pipi tembun, kalau tak kempot jek. Orang lain beriya taknak nampak tambun kan, tapi i nak sbb susah nak merasa, time2 ni je boleh berlaku.

Baby pulak around 1.3kg based on ultrasound. Hmm bebudak ni dulu pun memasing masa u/s tak penahnya lebih 3kg, tapi bila keluar jadi 3.29kg, 3.45kg n 3.49 kg. Yg bagusnya, cepatle berat i turun sbb actual baby punya portion banyak hehehe.

Anyway doc pesan utk monitor baby movement daily. There should be a minimum of 10 movement/kicks within 12 hours. Kalau katalah within 4 hours dah exceed 10 kicks bolehlah stop counting. Then regarding the frequent tightening/ mengeras/ braxton hicks that i've been experiencing since weeks ago (lepas 6 mths dah start dah), doc say my chances of having a premature labor is unlikely based on previous delivery. 5% at most. If the frequency came every 10 to 15 minutes apart and accompanied with labor pain then i should come to the emergency dept lah. So for now oklah kot sbb walopon kerap (1 hour i can have more than 4 tightening) tapi takdelah sakit ke haper kan. Baby head dah pun engage into position so rasanya he will stay there lah, idak le riso kot dia dok pepusing ke atas ke tepi ke kan.
