CNY Wedding di Kota Tinggi dan Cuti Di Desaru

Huh malas sungguh nak hapdate blog. Nilah bila mood dah ke laut, mmg le rasa berat jek nak bukak pc. Oklah hari ni buat jugak, gambar dah loading berhari-hari, tinggal bebel je belum.
Anyway, cuti raya cina tu hari kakak sulung buat wedding anak dia, so memang dah plan lama lah nak ke sana dan bercuti-cutian. Kali ni ikut highway desaru yg baru siap tu. Sebab kakak tak ajak gi ngantor pengantin, so kitorang rilek2 lah bertolak pagi ahad tu, then singgap lunch dulu kat jpo. Tapi lunch dgn bebudak sekali, so masa makan tu jadi panjang le, masa soppin jadi pendek. Sudahnya barang yg di cari tak dapat, tapi dapat barang lain. Takpelah.

Highway ni pelik sikit sbb ujung2 dari 2 lane tinggal satu lane...apakah konsep baru? biar bersesak di jambatan beramai-ramai? Hujan lebat nak mamps, so masa pegi memang tak nampak apa. Atas ni gambar masa dan n the way balik, barulah nampak rupa jembatan dan kapal2 yg berlabuh...yg rupa nak karam pun ada jugak.

Kitorang port dekat desaru....desaru damai. Cam haremmm hotel ni, terus black list hahahaha. Kot ye pun hotel lama kan, takkan le sampai tengik dgn bersemut api bagai...hoih ko nak suruh customer lari ke? Horror ok. Harap saiz bilik je besar, menda lain, like toilet, curtain, carpet, pintu, eh semualah sangat kotor. Biar rupa buruk janji bersih dan wangi, rosak sikit2 tu boleh terima lagi, ni kalu dah tengik camtu, mana boleh hilang takat bukak tingkap.
Malam takde menda nak buat, gi kat lobi....lobi pun tengik ok. Sabor2. Main lah apa2 yg ada sementara nak tunggu waktu tido.

2 hari kat situ, 2 hari lah hujan lebat. bebudak ni dapatlah mandi kolam kejap2 je, itupun dalam hujan lebat, belasahlah, kalau demam makan obat. Ombak pun kemain lagi tripple looper, so mmg pantai tu tak jejak le, sekali tengah korek pasir, ombak bergulung, mau digulung sekali bebudak ni ke laut kang, tak pasal je.
Ni sepupu pengantin enter frame....kemain lagi. Nasib tak jahanam pelamin tu korang pepanjat.
Ni mak usu pengantin jadi bidan terjun hias pinggan lauk meja pengantin. Takleh escape, sbb yg tukang masak lauk ni (mak2 sedara yg lain) belum mandi, belum bersiap, so terpaksalah kita buat2 kretip masa ni, sementara kasi peluang derang nak bersiap huhuhu.

Haaa nilah pengantin baru itewww. Anak my sister yg no.5. Lepas ni tinggal sorang je lagi yg belum kahwin.
Selamat pengantin baru iwan n wifey, semoga bahagia hingga ke hujung nyawa.
Geng2 sepupu.
Pengantin dan maktok. Mak tok, masih tak pulih dari masalah depression. Apa pun Alhamdulillah sbb kali ni mak tok dapat jumpa ramai saudara mara, anak2 buah dan adik beradik beliau yg lain.
Ni pengantin lama, berteduh sambil memerhatikan anak2 yg mandi dalam hujan.

Syukur


Balik dari Kota Tinggi (tuesday), jalan makin lama makin sesak bila dah melepasi ayer keroh. Macam biasa *kofkof*, emergency lane jadi pilihan. Tiba2 terpandang polis memegang teropong di tepi hentian (lupa hentian mana). Tak lama selepas itu, dapatlah tiket pink. Dah sampai rumah,cekpen baru perasan roadtax dah expired on 10/2. So kita kat johor 3 hari lalu roadblock berkali-kali, dan akhirnya disaman atas kesalahan trafik tapi tidak sekali pun disaman sbb roadtax tak renew. Syukur.

Calories

Interesting. 2 hari lepas installed macam2 aps pasal nak track workout dgn calories intake. Byk yg tak bg full version so takleh pakai. Ni satu ni kira yg okaylah boleh adjust. Tapi calories semua kena refer kat kevin cekodok web. Kira-kira berapa banyak badan kita perlukan calories to sustain its function pun cari kat cekodok jugak. So selepas di kira-kira, i need 1900kCal. Tapi kat aps atas ni kata i need 1714kCal...whatever lah kita anggap approximation only. Anyhow, what i discovered was, i've been eating much less than what my body required if i keep on doing my workout. Thats my understandinglah. Does that mean my body will burn the unwanted fat? Eh salah, its not unwanted fat. i want to keep the fat, but i need to relocate or distribute it more evenly. heheh. Can we teach them to go where we want them to go?

Then teringat my weight gain last year. And bila kira2 what my body need months ago when i'm not doing much to no workout, i need about 1485kCal. I keep on gaining weight...steadily since lepas raya tahun lepas. Dari 46 to 51. Now i have a theory, sometime last year, my body metabolisme going down, so when i was eating normally, my body did not burn it as it used to be hence the weight gain. 

I thought i would never keep an ounce of fat but i guess i was wrong. Bazir duhet je dulu2 beli weight gain produk, naiknye 4 kilo, turun lagi 2 kilo. Rupanya my solution was wait until i'm 36++ years old. The fat were happily residing between my waist to my knee. Only i would be happier it they also want to fill up my cheek, chest, arms and legs. They did not of course, hence my current predicament.



So, looking back, i start to jog in mid november, bila cuti sekolah dah start. Nothing much change, my weight keep on dwindling between 49-50 depending on how much i've eaten for the day. Lately with workout, my weight is consistent at 48++. 48 is a good number, good because it will keep me in the healthy BMI range and keep my conscience at ease because i can convince myself, i'm generally ok...ok ok, not sticky thin but ok albeit a bit buncit. 

Yesterday, i buat experiment, i add more calories by snacking a lot,konon nak achieve calories target mcm kat atas tu . End up at night my weight shoot up to 49.9 and reduce to 49.2 this morning. Padahal before that i was at 48++,  when i had little snacking. Itu takpelah kot kan sebab small kilos apa sangat kan butttttttttttttt.... physically my round tummy (i can't see my toes!) is really something that i don't want to endure....even it was at night time. Its really disturbing when i can see it when i'm laying down. Macam belon ada isi air, feeling wobbly mcm jelly. 

That is why i eat very little nowdays, to keep buncit at bay. At the same time doing my workout to burn the calories or fat whatever, (even though technically my calorie intake is wayyyy below target that i don't need to burn it away) then some weight lifting to strengthen the muscle. Its a long journey. If tetiba pregnant??? Eh takpe, pregnant takyah sorok kan......=P. Tapi kalau tak pregnant then orang tanya pregnant ke....it mmg le.

Foodie


Dinner at uptown damansara malam sabtu. Mina meratah otak-otak 8 ketul malam tu. Awish dah makan nasi dgn ayam masak merah kat rumah, sambung pulak makan nasi goreng kat sini. Sarah (dinner round 2 jugak) dgn mina makan nasi dgn tomyam. Cekpen amik fisheman platter dgn mihun goreng. Mine sizzling lamb chop. Yummeh.

First time try buat sos lemon utk salmon steak. Sbb dah lupa rasa sos yg kitorang gemar sgt kat pizza uno taipan, so gunalah resepi yg i terbaca kat sini. Masa makan, i perah lagi lemon on my plate sbb lagi masam lagi best heheh. Tak sama dgn yg kat pizza uno tapi still sedap dap dap.

Pagi sabtu di Taman Bukit Jalil

Mina sungguh-sungguh ajak gi taman bukit jalil, so pegilah pagi sabtu baru ni. Cekpen tak ikut sbb ada kerja kat opis. Awish tak ikut sbb lebih rela main game dari ber-rekreasi. So bertiga je lah. Mina bukannya nak main kat playground, dia nak eksesais kat outdoor gym tu. Lepas tu bawak jalan kaki keliling tasik, dekat 1 km jugaklah. Nasib baik sarah dapat bertahan dan tak mintak dukung. Lepas jalan, terus nak balik sbb nak beli slurpee. Sabor jelah. Tak sempat pun nak berpeluh.

Precaution - Update

Cuti sekolah tu ari dah terkena dah lutut ni sampai tak boleh lari langsung. So plan sekarang kat gym limitkan treadmill 2/3 kali je seminggu.

Lepas tu nak kena avoid jogging or treadmill bila dah dekat2 nak period.

Update Today Workout 4/2/2013
1) Treadmill - 33 minit, speed at 4_6_6.5_7_4, Dist 3.3km, Cal 200.
2) Cycling -  30 minit, Level 4_5_6, Dist 2km, Cal 130
3) Rowing - 20 minit, Cal 141.
4) Abdominal crunches - Level 2_3, 60x
5) Inner thigh - Level 2, 40x
6) Outer thigh - Level 3, 40x
7) Chest - Level 1, 15x
8) Bicep - Level 1, 15x
9) Balancing ball - 30 count.

Ada 3 lagi equipment for upper body part yg saja try2 tadi but lupa apa namanya. Total 2 jam...phewww. My upper body muscle is very2 weak huhuhu. Lenguh last week kat bahu, dada, tangan tak hilang2 pun lagi.

Women's Murder Club Series


Hmmmm...semenjak-menjak ni asik nak baca buku ala2 csi ni. Masa BBW aritu kan, dah beli the first 3 of women's murder club series by james patterson ni.  Terus terkenang-kenang nak baca lagi. Menepati citarasa sbb mcm tengok csi kat tv minus horatio hua hua hua. I suka ketiga-tiga csi series tu but dah lama tak tengok. Bila gi kedai buku tengok rega terus *gulp*....lupakan je lah. Try cari kat online yg free, dapatlah donlod yg no4 dgn no5. No4 dalam format ibook, sedap jugak le baca. No5 dlm pdf format...berpinar baca. Yg lelain tak dapat lagi. Someone said Alex Cross pun best, tu simpan dulu. Hopefully coming bbw ni dapatlah menambah koleksi, sana lapan hengget je seketul jauh beza dgn rega kat kedai buku tu.

Our Dream Part1

Lepas makan rojak n cendol tu ari, gi jengok rumah kat cahaya spk tu. Mina le dok mengajak ke sana. Sepatutnya tak boleh masuk, then inform guard tu actually kitorang owner dapatlah pelepasan. Rumput pun dah nak masuk dalam rumah dah, tapi kunci tak dapat2 lagi. As of now, baru dapat tukar nama tanah from developer ke 1st owner. Lepas ni barulah proses tukar nama ke 2nd owner, cekpen le teww. Berbulan lagi le jawabnye. Gedebak gedebuk dah 5 bulan dah since cekpen letak deposit. Campur tukar nama ni lagi 4 bulan kata loyer, total jadi 9 bulan, phewwww. Mcm beli rumah lum siap kan hahaha. Takpelah takde nak rushing pun. Dapat kunci awal pun bukan leh pindah terus, so tunggu je dgn sabar, walopon kekanak tu semua dah tak sesabor.
